Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Customer acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the Gator Crates while the crates are at the Customer’s location. Customers accept responsibility for all loss or damage to the crates. If the crates are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the rates. Retail value of a box is $30.00.

2. Customer acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the Wardrobe boxes while the Wardrobe boxes are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the Wardrobe boxes. If the Wardrobes are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the Wardrobe boxes. Retail value of the Wardrobe is $49.99 each.

3. Customer acknowledges that he / she has care, custody and control of the dollies while the gator-dollies are at the Customer’s location. Customer accepts responsibility for all loss or damage to the gator-dollies. If the dollies are damaged or lost while in the Customer’s possession the customer will be obligated to pay the full retail value of the dolly. Retail value of the dolly is $65.00.

4. Customer acknowledges that he / she has sole responsibility to schedule and be present at appointments for pick-up and delivery of the crates. If the customer does not give a 5 days’ notice to reschedule appointments there may be additional delivery or cancellation fees applied in the amount of $50.00.

5. Customer acknowledges that he / she has sole responsibility to have the crates and dolly returned by the agreed upon date. For each additional day that the Gator Crates are not returned there will be an additional rental charge of $5.00 per day per crates. If the crates are not returned after 15 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the crate; and will be charged the full retail value of the boxes at a rate of $30.00 per crate. For each additional day that the gator-dollies are not returned there will be an additional rental charge of $5.00 per day. If the gator-dollies are not returned after 15 days and there has been no communication to extend the rental, it is assumed that the customer wishes to purchase the gator-dollies and will be charged the full retail value of the dolly at a rate of $65.00 each.

6. Customer acknowledges that their credit card will be kept on file for the duration of the rental agreement. Customer acknowledges and authorizes Gator Crate to charge any amount associated with the above stated terms and conditions.
